~Pre-Order~

~Ready Stocks~

1. No minimum requirement to order.

2. Prices displayed are single unit prices in SGD (Singapore Dollars).

3. Accessories are NOT included, unless otherwise stated on item descriptions.

4. To place an order please email us at order@justcutie.com (click SHOP for more details)

5. Orders will be placed to our supplier on the day the order session has closed. Please refer to our
ordering schedule/shipments.

6. A                            sign means that the specific item in specific color is currently out of stock. There is

a possibility that our supplier will restock more of that item in the future. Whereas items listed in
OUT OF STOCK page means they are permanently unavailabe.

7. A confirmation email will be sent to you in 24 hours with total cost of products (minus discount if
applicable) together with estimated shipping cost. Invoice would be sent via email upon customer's
request.

9. Estimated shipping postage will depend on the weight and volume of the parcel as followed:
- Clothes: 200-350 gram per piece
- Winter Jackets / Set Clothes: 400 gram to 1 kg per set/piece
- Bags: 500-700 gram per piece
- Small Bags: 300-400 grams per piece
- Plush Slippers: 400 grams per pair
- Flats: 400-500 per pair
- Heel Shoes / Boots: 700 gram to 1 kg per pair

10. Singapore orders will be shipped via normal mailing unless requested by customer for registered
mail
(additional of SGD 2.24).

Estimation postage by Normal mail:
- up to 0.5 kg = SGD 1.50
- up to 1 kg = SGD 2.25
- up to 2 kg = SGD 3.55
- up to 3 kg = SGD 9.15 (via Speedpost courier same-day service)
- up to 4 kg = SGD 10.70 (via Speedpost courier same-day service)
- etc

11. Outside Singapore orders will be shipped via Air Mail unless otherwise requested by customer.

We highly recommend sending via Air Mail to avoid lateness and lost package (which is not part of our
responsibility).

12.   We are not responsible for postal delivery time or custom duties (if applicable).

13. When your order turned out to be sold out, we will let you know by email and you can choose for a
full refund or replace it to other product -- please let us know as soon as possible =)

14. If you order only Ready Stock products, payment including shipping cost should be paid in
advance.
Your products will be shipped out in 24 hours upon cleared payment.

15. For Pre-Order products, 2 options for payment:
~ 100% in advance
~ 50% in advance as down payment. After we received your products in Singapore from our supplier,
we will inform you to make the rest of 50% payment (please do so within 3 days)

Note: We recommend payment in full (100%) after we sent you a confirmation email to minimize
waiting time / delay in shipment / forgetfulness to pay / etc.

17. Normally we will received pre-order products from our suppliers in 5-7 days. We will then ship to you
within the following 24 hours. Altogether, estimated total shipping time would take about
1-2 weeks (Singapore) or 2-4 weeks (outside Singapore) from the closing date of ordering session.

18.   All products will be inspected before delivery. We guarantee 100% satisfaction and only those that
are approved will be exchanged under these conditions:
~ The product received is not the one customer has ordered
~ The colour of the product received is not the colour customer has ordered
~ The size of the product received is not the size customer has ordered
~ The product exchanged must be in original condition (with plastic bag & attached tag, if applicable)
within 3 days upon receiving the product
~ The exchange MUST be informed to us before sending out. So don't forget to drop us an email
together with your details and reason of an exchange

19. No refund is accepted, except under these conditions:
~ The product ordered is no longer in stock after making the payment
~ Customer wishes to withdraw before the order is processed

Note: Once the order has been processed, the payment will not be refunded.

20. Please note that our products are moderate to good quality with strict quality control before being
shipped out to our customers. Please note that due to different monitor settings, colour of our picture will
differ a little on your computer, but over 90% will be similar / the same as to photo presented. Model or
cutting will be 100% the same as photo.

21. Please note that we are not responsible for product defectiveness which is caused by customer's
way of wearing or washing. We recommend that products are hand washed with dark colours separated.
