2. You will receive a confirmation email from us within 24 hours with total cost and payment
information.

3. Submit payment (first 50% or 100%)

(Optional step 4 - for faster payment match on our side):
4. Email or msn us informing that you have made the payment with details:
~ Your name
~ Which bank payment was made
~ Amount sent

5. We will place your order to our supplier once the order session has closed.
Conditions:
~ If at least one of your item is sold out, we will inform you immediately. Please reply us with your
instruction: to refund or to replace with other product
~ If everything is available, we will proceed.

6. When your products arrived, we will email you again so that you may proceed with the rest of
50% payment to us. You don't have to bother about this if you made a full (100%) payment to us
previously on step 2.

7. Estimated total shipping time would take about 1-2 weeks (Singapore) or 2-4 weeks (outside
Singapore) from the closing date of ordering session.
